I'm Diego, CTO and co-founder of Tailor-Hub, a software and AI boutique created to help companies build with clarity, confidence and long-term impact.

We started Tailor with a clear conviction: great tech is not just about smart code. It's about sharp thinking, honest conversations and teams that never settle. My role is to make sure we bring that mindset to every project and every person we work with.

For over six years, we've partnered with companies across Switzerland, Germany, the US and Spain. We don't act as external providers, but as embedded tech squads that bring consistency, critical thinking and care into complex environments.

I lead a team of engineers who are not only technically solid, but also skilled communicators and product-minded collaborators. We help our clients build meaningful digital products and challenge assumptions when we believe there's a better way.

Outside of Tailor, I've been Lead Teacher at Ironhack Madrid, helping shape the next generation of developers through hands-on, real-world learning.
